Verb declination

Verb — is a part of speech ,which includes words that express an action or a state.


In crimean tatar language infinitive is formed by adding the affixes -maq and -mek to the stem of a verb.

Infinitive formula:

Verb stem + Infinitive affix


yapmaq to do
bermek to give

Verb declination

In order to make a verb in certain grammar category in Crimean tatar language we need to add tense affixes. Threre are two ways to do that:
1) To add affix to verb stem ( mostly )
2) To add affix to infinitive ( rarely )

Declination formula:

Verb stem + Tense affix + Person affix (except Imperative mood)


yapmalım I must do
berdiler they give
